IT Fixed provides home IT support, including CCTV installation, computer repairs, network setup, and smart device configuration. The scope of services may vary depending on the customer’s requirements. All services are delivered in accordance with the agreed quote and schedule.
3. Equipment and Materials
IT Fixed advises customers on the equipment and materials required for the services. It is the customer’s responsibility to purchase the recommended equipment, while IT Fixed will handle the installation and configuration of the equipment provided.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to request deposits for certain services. Payments can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to one hour of service.
6. Liability
While IT Fixed strives to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss of data, or loss of profit resulting from the use of our services. We will, however, make every effort to mitigate issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Warranty
We offer a limited warranty for the services rendered. Any issues arising from our services must be reported within 14 days for a free follow-up. Hardware warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and are not covered by IT Fixed.
8. Use of Website
All content on the IT Fixed website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by IT Fixed. Users are prohibited from copying or using any content without prior written consent.
